ICYMI: LONNIE IN THE GARDEN – Psychedelic Cottage

October 26, 2012

London ON, psychedelic folk rock outfit LONNIE IN THE GARDEN closed the evening with a bang back at our NXNE 2012 showcase at Rancho Relaxo, and they’ve been garnering reviews as of late hailing them as London’s best live act – recently sharing bills with THE JEZABELS and BRUCE PENINSULA.

That being said though, if you were ever a fan of 70s psych rock ala HEART, JEFFERSON AIRPLANE, or FLEETWOOD MAC, then you’ll be right at home with LONNIE.

Last month the band – fronted by Lynne Craven and sharing members with fellow London acts WILD DOMESTIC and WHOOP-SZO – dropped their first official release via Out Of Sound Records, which you can stream in the embed below.

The band allegedly has a new video coming out sometime in the near future, so stay tuned for that – if their live show is any indication, the video format of the band is sure to be a crazy energetic (or extremely trippy) piece of work.
