Tracks: PERMANENT VACATION – It’s A Game

October 4, 2012

Due to their seemingly introspective nature on the internet, at this point we’re still not too sure what to make of the status of a full-length LP from Dundas-based dream-pop collaboration project PERMANENT VACATION.

Things are looking up though, with Chris McComas (MCCOMY) and Joel Blanken (GHOST PINES) releasing their latest track It’s A Game along with an accompanying video earlier this week – you can check out both below.

It’s A Game follows up on track Motel, which the duo released early in September – the tracks thus far are fairly similar in structure, though this month’s release is definitely the more subdued of the two (is that even possible with dream pop?).

With releases at the beginnings of both September and now October, we can speculate another single-song release in early November, but obviously that remains to be seen.
