Tracks: INDIAN HANDCRAFTS – Bruce Lee

I honestly have NO IDEA how I haven’t written about this yet because I keep checking in on it periodically, but I’ve been a big fan of Barrie ON-bred, Alcona Beach California-converts INDIAN HANDCRAFTS since I first caught them live back in early 2011.

The self-described sludge-rock duo of Brandyn James Aikins and Daniel Brandon Allen are getting set to drop their hard-hitting debut LP Civil Disobedience For Losers via Sargent House Records on October 30th (just in time for monster parties!) and they’ve recently leaked Bruce Lee – a second new track off the release following lead single Terminal Horse – onto the internetz.

The 11-track label debut, which is set to follow up their self-released EP, was recorded at the Verge Music Lab at the Music Mansion with Toshi Kasai (MELVINS, BIG BUSINESS, RED SPAROWES, TOOL) and was allegedly completed back in March while Allen was afflicted with a broken hand – if that’s not hardcore rock I don’t know what is…

Conveniently, the band plays the Steam Whistle UNSIGNED #23 in downtown Toronto on Friday Sept. 21st. before taking off on an East US Coast / Sporadic Mid-US tour throughout November (see dates below).

Upcoming Tour Dates:
