New Release: THE CANADIAN SHIELD – Songs For The Dead In Love EP

August 8, 2012

The Canadian Shield is a rather large and impressive piece of land/rock that covers a considerable amount of our country. The two-piece from Toronto that share the same name may not be as large (as far as band members go) but as far as we’re concerned here at The iM, they’re right up there on the impressive scale.

If you haven’t had an opportunity to check out the debut release, Songs For The Dead In Love, now’s your chance in the embed below. The EP is chalk-full of some seriously catchy rock and roll and we’re pretty certain you’re going to like what you hear. In fact, Toronto rockers WILDLIFE sing group vocals for the record; just one more reason to check it out.

The duo plays The Silver Dollar on Thursday, September 13th, so be sure to get out and show your support – something tells us it’s going to be one hell of a show!
