Video: GDANSK – Adam’s Needle
There’s a brand new band out of Hamilton that you ought to know about, and they’re called GDANSK. Officially formed in the fall of 2011 (but having played together for years before that), GDANSK has just released their first music video, for single Adam’s Needle.
The track – and the band in general – is focused on slower tempo ethereal jams that make you think. There’s no aim for instant gratification here; GDANSK produces music that ebbs and flows and requires attention to be properly enjoyed. You can tell that they put a lot of thought into their work.
Adam’s Needle is the opening track from the band’s excellent debut self-titled EP, released back in May 2012. Lucky for you it’s a free download, so head on over to their Bandcamp page to grab it on the sly.
