Video: MOTHER MOTHER – Let’s Fall In Love
Vancouver’s MOTHER MOTHER are gearing up for the release of their upcoming fourth full-length LP The Sticks on September 18th via Last Gang Records; I had the privilege of sitting in on a label listening party earlier in the summer, and let me clear the air by saying this is easily one of my most anticipated albums this year.
One of those tracks I got to taste was the album’s lead single Let’s Fall In Love. Earlier today, the band released their “official video” for the track which showcases them in studio recording it – plenty of re-focuses and pans pervade the black & white video shot/edited by Matt Bourne and Richie McFly, which you can view (and your ears can sample) in the embed below.
No word yet on if there will be a narrative-style video to accompany the track later on, but fingers crossed we get one of those too.
