Let’s face it… 2011 was a good year for music around these parts. One example that comes to mind is Toronto lo-fi/surf rock project Art Imperial – we had trouble taking his Surf Suburban EP off repeat when we first discovered it back in May of last year.

With that said, the one man show recently dropped his sophomore effort and you really ought to check out Cult Of Love in the Bandcamp embed below. We’re really digging all the songs on this release but if you’re looking for a starting point, we suggest the title track and Good Times.

For more info on Art Imperial, hit him up over on Facebook.
