Ever try looking up a band named GAY on Google. Try it. I guarantee you’re going to have a hell of a time tracing it back to these four zany guys from Toronto.

While each member has a plethora of different musical projects under their belts – ranging from the funk and jazz -influenced rock of FOXFIRE, to electro rockers POWERS, to pop-rock ensemble WILL CURRIE AND THE COUNTRY FRENCH, the quartet have been hard at work in the studio on their debut full-length LP since signing to Pleasence Records, and are more than ready to show off a few of those new tunes at The Velvet Underground for CMW on Saturday night.

You can check out their latest release Talking Points in the player below: show up expecting plenty more where that came from, and maybe a few surprises…

… just so long as there aren’t any synthesizers involved, they seem to hold a certain distain for that instrument.
