Video: SAID THE WHALE – O Alexandra

February 28, 2012

Vancouver indie-rock quintet SAID THE WHALE are getting set to drop their third full-length Little Mountain on March 6th via Hidden Pony Records, so really it’s only fitting that we start to see some video fare in support of the release.

Cue the official video for “O Alexandra”: directed by Vancouver’s Amazing Factory Productions, the video sees the band performing on the deck of a tugboat/barge type vessel in what one would assume are fairly unappealing waters for swimming… until halfway through when someone decides “hey, maybe swimming isn’t such a bad idea after all”. To find out who goes for a dip, check out the video in the embed below.

For more info on SAID THE WHALE – hit them up online, or stream all their material on Bandcamp.
