Toronto indie-rockers The Fires Of have been on our radar for some time now, so we were excited to learn that the band dropped a new record on Friday, Press On! The album was produced by the band, mixed by John “Wheels” Hurlbut and mastered by Noah Mintz. The release also included a video for the final single, Living Flawed (Feeling Hollow).

Speaking on the new single, the band had this to say: “Inspired by the 90’s grunge of our youth, Living Flawed (Feeling Hollow), is a powerful look at the dissolution of a relationship and perhaps the birth of something new. We get the sense of a Sisyphean struggle to continue pressing on through life.”

Watch the lyric video for Living Flawed (Feeling Hollow) in the embed below, and be sure to check out the rest of Press On! — it does not disappoint. And, the band is throwing a release party on June 1st at The Piston with the Young Novelists and Alex Exists — mark those calendars now.
