Winnipeg rockers Les Jupes descended upon Toronto for CMW 2011 and showed The Garrison just how bands get things done on the upper side of the great lakes

Curiously enough, none of them were actually wearing skirts when they were performing (Translation: Les Jupes = The Skirts)… fashion faux pas, or restrictive rock accessory? We’ll let you be the judge:
