Garage rockers Sam Coffey And The Iron Lungs hail from the Waterloo area. They don’t have much in the way of recorded material but rumour has it they put on one hell of a live show. Currently, they are working on their debut album which is expected to be released sometime in the spring. Head over to their Myspace page to check out a couple of demos. And, while you’re at it, why not check out a couple of live videos on YouTube. Sam Coffey And The Iron Lungs play The Horseshoe Tavern on January 11th and Rancho Relaxo on the 15th. I for one, am looking forward to seeing these guys live. For more info, visit their website here.
